With 20 years of experience in advising large corporations and almost 20 years as a founder, investor and operational manager of start-ups, Thomas Claussen actively supports his clients as a senior advisor in the implementation of their business ideas. In doing so, he always puts his extensive expertise and international network to profitable use for his clients.

At Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Thomas Claussen gained profound knowledge in 20 years of consulting companies, especially in the areas of accounting, controlling, change management and IT implementation. His in-depth understanding of the implementation of projects of various sizes, up to 600 employees, allows him to provide his clients with well-founded support in the successful implementation of their own projects.

He gained his international professional experience on projects in the USA, Canada, England, Italy and France. Thomas Claussen advised well-known companies in the fields of telecommunications, research, transport, trade and public authorities. Among other things, he helped build up the change management, trade and transport divisions for Accenture.

Since 2004, Thomas Claussen has gained intensive experience in the field of start-ups, including a 6-month stay in Silicon Valley. He founded several companies, took over the operational management several times and is invested in a number of companies as a business angel. His main focus is now on helping startups with business plan issues, financial planning and administrative set-up of companies. He is active as a mentor at the Entrepreurship Center of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and at the Accelerator Frankfurt, among others.
